I'm 17 and I want to give the driving test a go. I have just applied for a provisional licence. I like this car and I want to buy it and I will receive my provisional licence in 2 or 3 days but the car might be sold by then. So can you please tell me if it's OK to buy the car?

You don't need a licence to buy a car. You just need money for that. For more information, please see purchasing a car without a licence.
