There is a lady across the road from me who has not passed her test, yet she goes out on her own! I have told the police and nothing has been done. Maybe when she kills someone, something will then be done when it's too late.

Also her family teaches her and they only passed themselves last year. Again nothing is done about this. When is something going to be done about this? Why are the police not doing anything? Who do I have to speak to to get her off the road till she has passed her test?

I think you just don't like that person. So to get back at her your doing something evil and vindictive. It's sad that your so worried about someone else's life. I'm sure there is something in your life that needs the attention your giving this lady.

It must be really frustrating to see that despite all your efforts, nothing is being done about this person who is driving without having a full driving licence. People like this should not be driving because they are a danger to other people. The problem with the police is that they rely on evidence and if they didn't catch the lady driving on her own red handed, it is difficult to prove that she was indeed driving without a proper licence. This also goes to the family members who are teaching her without having a licence for at least 3 years.

The only thing you can do is take a picture of her when she is driving by herself or film her instead. You could use that as evidence and the police will therefore need to look into the matter more seriously.

What is the penalty for a lady driving a car without any valid licence and she has a child with her in the car? I am worried about the child vow she is a dangerous driver not only for her child but also for other road users !!! What should I do ???
