My son owns a wheelchair adapted vehicle but he doesn't work and all his journeys are SDP (social, domestic, pleasure).

All the insurance sites only ask for disabled drivers and he can't get a quote as he doesn't hold a license and he has to get insurance for anyone to drive over 25, who is the cheapest?

The mainstream insurers will increase the premiums significantly for such modifications, so you will have to contact specialist companies such as:

Have you already contacted the 2 above? As far as I know, the motability scheme allows you to name a driver on your insurance, so the disabled driver does not need to have a licence himself. Is your son not registered for this scheme?

Have something to say?
