Baliffs chasing me for an unpaid parking ticket on an old car that I no longer own, can they find out if my new car is registered to me?

Baliffs will try to get hold of any personal information they can get and they could very well find out about your new car. Even if they don't, they can break in your house and seize your personal belongings in an attempt to recover the money owed to them.
