I've got nine year no claims from my car policy and need to insure my bike which currently holds 2 yrs NCD. Can I transfer the ncd so I don't lose them as I'm not replacing the car?

No apparently you can't. I'm trying to do it the other way round so travelling in a safer mode and I've been told that the insurance is worked out differently therefore non transferable.
