With so many different types of driving experience days to discover, it can be hard to choose just one. This is why you can now book packages that are inexpensive and last a few hours so you can experience a few on the same day. Every young boy wants to grow up and be a racer as it looks exciting and the thrill is exhilarating, but under the wrong conditions it can be very dangerous. As leading toy manufacturers continue to advertise racing cars and tracks, young boys are influenced into thinking it's easy and fun. The truth is it's not for the faint hearted, you need your co-ordination and peripheral vision as well as a strong stomach.

Everyone should have the chance to experience something new and driving experience days are not necessarily for young people or those who want to become a racer. It can also be a hobby; some people like the idea of driving a fast sports car but in reality would never be able to buy or even rent one for the day. Driving experience days come with insurance so if something were to go wrong on the day, you wouldn't have to fork out the damages.

Different types of driving experience days?

It's hard to list all the types that are offered but here are a few as an example of what you could experience or buy as a present for a loved one:

  • Supercar driving experience day - drive a Porsche, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, and Ferrari or even be part of a race and choose your supercar.
  • Classic car driving - choose a classic car and drive it for a weekend or part of a game such as treasure hunt.
  • Rally driving and skid control - experience rally driving with an instructor, learn to control the car like a pro and even learn skid control.
  • Off road driving - drive a hummer, bike, quad bike or even 4x4.
  • Huge machines - experience driving a dumper truck, juggernaut lorry, military vehicle, JCB, Bus, digger, Fire engine, monster truck or even a tank!

The opportunities are endless and of course certain vehicles are not available widely throughout the country so you may have to travel but you could also make it a weekend break and stay overnight at a hotel. Some of the locations for driving experience days are in the country where there are other activities you could combine such as paintballing and rock climbing so make a weekend of it instead.
