I purchased a car. As per company scheme the car is registered on company name until the employee repay the interest free EMI. The Registration fee & insurance premium every year is paid by employee. The maintenance is the responsibility of employee, since the car is actually used by him. On completion of the EMI the car is transferred to the individual name. Due to my safe driving the No Claim Bonus (NCB) is 35%. My understanding is that NCB can be transferred from the Company to Individual. Request your guidance on how this is to be done and the applicable rule please.
