Now, if you are willing to park your car far from entrance and in less-crowded area and then walk up from there to the entrance again, you may keep your car safe from dents and scratches, shopping carts, car doors and many other such things.

Keep all paperwork related to your car and to its parts safe and secure, like warranty papers. This may come in handy while selling your car to a buyer. If you want to show your honesty to the buyer, you may also save any repair records of the car. This simple measure can provide you an extra mile while selling your car. Besides all the above mentioned things, you should also keep repairing the cosmetic problems of your car, like paint chips, rust spots, loose knobs, interior defects, etc.
