What to do if you've lost your theory test certificate?
My friend can't remember where she's put her theory test certificate (yes, she's a very unorganised person, lol). She needs that document to book her practical driving test now. How can she obtain a duplicate?

HI its quite straight forward go to the direct Gov site
https://www.gov.uk/find-lost-theory-test-pass-certificate-number
to get the number so you can book the practical test
Oh they just need your driving licence number and your date of birth; I thought it would be more complicated than this, thanks a lot.
Btw do you know if you can just quote the certificate number when booking the practical test at a local test centre or do you need a hard copy of the certificate document?

you just have to enter the details . You don't have to have the theory test certificate to take a test but must take both parts of the driving licence
