Is Pakistan no claims bonus recognised by UK car insurance companies?
Sir/Madam! I want to insure a vehicle Nissan Micra 3 doors 5 seats 998cc petrol manual. The question is that I came to the UK 6 years ago and I've never driven any car in England since that time, but I am driving for the last 20 years in Pakistan and I have Pakistani No Claim Bonus for 10 years. Is there any insurance company which will accept my NCB to make my car insurance price go down? Please give me the names of the companies. Thanking You, Irshad Ahmed.

Most insurers will accept foreign NCB from Europe or an English speaking country. However there's only one that I'm aware of which will take into consideration your hard earned no claims bonus from Pakistan:
You will need to get a translation of your certificate from Urdu to English though.
Also note that insurance companies will only count NCB provided that your last car insurance policy is no longer than 2 years old. So if you had 10 years NCB but you were last insured 3 years ago, you would have lost all of it.
